• All session retainers are due upon booking

• Appointents must be booked within 7 days prior

• Outdoor sessions may be rescheuduled due to Weather** (we keep an eye on it)

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy *

A session retainer payment is collected upon booking-this retainer guarantees your appointment. We do not offer any refunds but will be happy to provide a studio session credit of 50% of the remaining balance towards a future booking. The amount paid will be retained and the remaining balance will be set in a studio credit for you to use within 1yr of cancelation.  If you are sick, or your baby is sick-please contact us immediately to reschedule your session at no additional cost to a future date based on our availability. There is no charge for rescheduling a session due to being sick or feeling under the weather we will gladly reschedule your session to a future date. 20mins late is a reschedule- we will move your session to another time slot or day based on our availability. 30mins or more late to your session is considered a No-show cancelation.  If. you know you can't make it-Reschedule as soon as possible.
